Ryan Saunders was appointed Field Director in 2009. Previously he had served as our College Unit Director since 2006. He sees the organization as one big family and is focused on building client relationships as well as recruiting and developing the next generation of leaders.

Ryan has received the professional certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ (CFP®).

CERTIFIELD FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®)

Ryan is proud to be certified by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board) as a financial planner who is committed to competent and ethical behavior when providing financial planning. To be certified by the CFP Board, Ryan has taken the extra step to demonstrate his professionalism by voluntarily submitting to the rigorous CFP® certification process that includes demanding education, examination, experience and ethical requirements.

Ryan has also received the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL)  from the American College.

Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) 

The Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation has long been recognized as the fundamental and foremost educational credential for individuals involved with the protection, accumulation, preservation and distribution of the economic values of human life. For agents, field managers, home office personnel, and others involved in the provision of life insurance to the public, the CLU designation is the common bond for continuing growth and commitment to professionalism.

Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
The Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation focuses on the comprehensive financial planning process as an organized way to collect and analyze information on a client's total financial situation; to identify and establish specific financial goals; and to formulate, implement, and monitor a comprehensive plan to achieve those goals. The ChFC program provides financial services professionals with in-depth knowledge of the skills needed to perform comprehensive financial planning for their clients.
 

Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL)
The Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) designation focuses on providing guidance and assistance on a broad range of financial and senior lifestyle topics including saving for retirement, structuring distributions from retirement plans, planning for health and long-term care needs, developing effective estate planning strategies, and managing life course transitions, family relationships and living arrangments.
